Pijani šaran (za 6 osoba)
• 2 kg šarana
• belo vino
• ulje
• peršunov list
• beli luk
• so
• malo maslinovog ulja
Nacin pripreme
Ocistiti šarana, dobro ga oprati hladnom vodom, pa ga zasecati po širini plitkim rezovima koji se posole i ispune seckanim belim lukom. Dobro podmazati ?uve?, spustiti šarana i preliti ga uljem i belim vinom. Peci na umerenoj temperaturi uz povremeno prelivanje sokom u kom se pece. Kada se šaran ispece, posuti ga sitno seckanim peršunom i preliti maslinovim uljem.
